• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and fees
• AutoPay discounts require enrollment in automatic payments
• Unlimited plans are subject to fair use policies

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your account.

• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Returned payments are subject to fees
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% network uptime, service availability is not guaranteed. Network coverage, speeds, and quality may vary by location. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:
